With more than 20 years of experience as a communications and marketing leader in global corporate environments, Natalia brings a deep understanding of the challenges leaders face. Her background spans industries including life sciences, energy, education, and financial services, where she has worked closely with senior stakeholders, led through periods of transformation, and managed competing priorities in complex, fast-moving environments.

Originally from the former Soviet Union and raised in the United States, Natalia brings a multicultural perspective to her work.
