Natalia Vayner-Heyraud is an ICF-certified leadership coach who partners with leaders to elevate their impact, strengthen communication, and navigate complexity with clarity and confidence. She works with accomplished professionals at pivotal moments in their careers, supporting them in reconnecting with their strengths, refining their ambitions, and moving forward with purpose.

With more than 20 years of experience as a communications and marketing leader in global corporate environments, Natalia brings a deep understanding of the challenges leaders face. Her background spans industries including life sciences, energy, education, and financial services, where she has worked closely with senior stakeholders, led through periods of transformation, and managed competing priorities in complex, fast-moving environments.

Her coaching approach blends structure with intuition. She creates a reflective and appropriately challenging space where clients can step back, expand their perspective, and explore how they lead and show up. Through this process, clients build greater self-awareness, resilience, and the inner clarity needed to lead effectively over time.

Originally from the former Soviet Union and raised in the United States, Natalia brings a multicultural perspective to her work. She is now based in France, where she continues to work with international clients. Her personal experience navigating significant life and career transitions informs her commitment to helping leaders grow through change and lead with authenticity and courage.
