In honor of Allan Lind’s lifelong dedication to curiosity, research, and the understanding of human behavior in relation to leadership, Delta Leadership is proud to establish the Allan Lind Leadership Development Scholarship.

This scholarship supports individuals and organizations seeking to expand their knowledge and application of the Six Domains of Leadership Model. It provides financial assistance based on need or for initiatives specifically focused on leadership development.

As a founding member of Delta Leadership and co-creator of the Six Domains of Leadership Model, Professor Allan Lind mentored and educated thousands of leaders worldwide. This scholarship honors his legacy by empowering the next generation of leaders to deepen their skills and make meaningful contributions to their organizations and communities.

Delta Leadership has committed its resources to this scholarship fund, which will be awarded over the next 10 years to deserving applicants.

Application Information
