She leads customer facing strategic programs designed to strengthen competitive positioning, having driven team's performance from fifth place to the number one ranking among global partners within five quarters. Her work spans compliance, sustainability strategy, and cross functional digital transformation projects across global manufacturing operations.
Miao Hong holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, Class of 2026, and is a PMP certified project manager, ICF Certified Coach, Delta Leadership Certified Coach, and Change Management Practitioner. She brings this coaching and change management expertise directly into her leadership, helping teams navigate organizational transformation with clarity and confidence.
Outside her corporate role, Miao Hong runs Hong Global Consultant LLC, a side practice she founded in 2018 focused on business strategy and cross functional execution across US, China, and international markets. Miao Hong communicates fluidly in both English and Chinese. Outside of work, she can be found practicing Chinese calligraphy, arranging Ikebana, playing pickleball, hiking, or traveling.
