By accessing the Product(s), you, the Institution
listed on the Order Form, agree that you are
bound as follows:
1. License Grant. Subject to the terms of
this Agreement, Delta Leadership, Inc. hereby grants you a
non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the product(s)
listed on your approved Order Form, invoice, or receipt. Except
as expressly set forth in this Agreement, you do not acquire any
intellectual property rights in the Products. All such rights
and interests remain with Delta Leadership, Inc.
2. Authorized Users. By "Authorized User"
we mean only the person or persons for whom a license has been aquired
through purchase in the Delta Leadership, Inc. Online Store. A single
quantity purchase entitles the purchase to one (1) individual license. Each intended Authorized User must acquire a separate license;
individual licenses may not be shared or otherwise distributed among
multiple users.
3. No Redistribution. You may not redistribute any material retrieved from the Products
nor allow any use that will infringe the copyright or other proprietary
right of Delta Leadership, Inc. You may not use the Products to
create products or perform services which compete or interfere with
those of Delta Leadership, Inc.
