Delta Leadership is dedicated to helping leaders develop the skills they need to achieve the effects they want. Informed by the work of Duke University business school professors E. Allan Lind and Sim B. Sitkin, Delta offers executive education, an online leadership assessment tool, papers, case studies and exercises.

Many of these materials are based on the Sitkin-Lind "Six Domains" model of leadership — an integrative approach based on sound scientific research and addressing the full range of leadership activities. This is a skill-based approach to leadership training that focuses on developing the personal strengths of each leader, rather than trying to force people into a single leadership template.
